Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Relocation Booking Cancellation

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled packing times are processed with zero penalty. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled events may experience minor logistics commitment charges.

2. Refund Settlement Timelines

Approved booking cancellations or excess estimate deposits are returned directly to the client's bank account within 5-7 business days from date of cancel request verification.
