1. Cargo Relocation Agreements

By booking shifting requests with Paternox, clients verify that all declared home appliances and personal items are legally owned and contain no restricted items (flammable materials, chemicals, cash, jewelry).

2. Transit Risks & Liabilities

We provide packing security with edge guards and bubble wraps. While transit insurance is recommended to secure belongings from road damage, our liability for non-insured transport defaults to standard cargo terms.

3. Dispute Resolution

All operational disputes or payment delays are subject to standard arbitration processes under Patna, Bihar jurisdiction.
